When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive or verify payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. After acceptance, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use within Pakistan and not for commercial resale.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place the order and will be included in your order confirmation.

Prices may not include delivery or shipping charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it when needed so we can complete your transactions.

We deliver within Pakistan only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss may pass to you to the extent permitted by law.

Our Services and all content on this website (including logos, text, images, graphics, and design) are owned by Pk Shop Mart or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any material from our Services without written permission.

Pk Shop Mart is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made in our store are made directly with Pk Shop Mart. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Pk Shop Mart, including any injury, damage, or loss related to products purchased.
